Dear Luna,

My friends are pressuring me to roam around the hallways after school. I don’t want to get in trouble, but they really want me to do it with them. What should I do? What should I say?

Hi Pressured To Trouble,

Peer Pressure is a serious situation to get into, and it’s not fun. If you don’t want to do it, perhaps you could just flat out say no and then change the subject or suggest something else that won’t get you in trouble. If you’re not comfortable telling them, you could tell a counselor, or maybe just not be friends with them anymore if they’re a bad influence. Hope this helps!

Thanks for writing in,

Luna
