And eating foods that have lots of zinc, can fight back anxiety such as: oysters, cashews, liver, beef, and egg yolks.
Some of the activities that can help with anxiety are: a quick exercise, doing something tactile, giving yourself a massage, pointing your brain at a problem, (any activity that challenges your mind), dancing like nobody’s watching, taking a bath, trying to do knitting will help to fight against anxiety and riding a bike will also.
