Here at OTIS there will be a door decorating contest before the winter break. This year, instead of hallway decorating contests like last year, each grade is expected to adhere to these rules: only decorate the door, nothing can be hanging from the ceiling, and if there is anything that lights up, it must be battery operated. The 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th grades will be participating.

The themes are as follows:

5th grade – Polar Express

6th grade – Slide into the New Year

7th grade – Holiday “Paw”ty

8th grade – Snow Day

Judging will commence on 12/20, which is the Friday before winter break. We can’t wait to see the magic unfold as our students’ creativity gets to work.
